Objectives and legal basis for processing: Specifically, your data will be used for the following purposes related to the execution of measures connected to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:

EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the Data Subject

1. The Data Subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, their communication in an intelligible form, and the possibility of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.

2. The Data Subject has the right to obtain information about:

  3. the logic applied in cases of processing carried out with the use of electronic tools;
  4. the identification details of the Data Controller, data processors, and the designated representative in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
  5. the individuals or categories of individuals to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as data processors, authorized personnel, or designated representatives within the state.

3. The Data Subject has the right to obtain:

  1. updating, rectification, or, when applicable, integration of data;
  2. erasure, anonymization, or blocking of unlawfully processed data, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
  3. certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been made known, including their content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, except in the event that this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort with respect to the right being safeguarded;
  4. data portability.

The Data Subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  1. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
  2. to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sale materials, or for carrying out market research or sending commercial communications.
